About accommodation

What time is the check in/out?
Check in: 3:00PM/Check out: 11:00AM
Can I leave my baggage before checking in or after checking out?
Yes. We will be glad to look afer them in the cloakroom on the first floor.
Is it possible to send my suitcase/bags before check in date?
Yes, it is possible to receive it, we will keep it at the front desk.

*Please fill in your booking name as recepient name, check in date and booking number on the shipping slip.
Please note that it may not include cash, valuables, fragile items, and any items requiring temperature or humidity control in your bags. And also we can not receive a cash-on-delivery.
Can I stay with small children? Will children be charged?
We welcome small guests under 5 years old. No room charge will be applied to children not requiring a separate bed.
There are no amenities such as towels and toothbrushes for bed-sharing children in the room. Please tell us if you need them.
Children who need a bed, bedding, towels and amenities as same as adults will be charged as adult fare.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
It is 6 months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservation must be cancelled at least two days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
One day prior to the scheduled check-in date: 20% of regular room rate. The day of the scheduled check-in date: 80% of regular room rate. No Show : 100% of regular room rate.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes. Please fill out the request form you can find in your room, and pass the reception staff. If requested before 10:00AM, it will be ready in the evening on the same day. (Service not available on Sunday or National Holidays)
What kind of amenities do you offer in the room?

Do you accept credit card?
Yes. We accept JCB, Visa, Master, Amex, Diners, Discover and UnionPay.
Do you have laundromats?
Yes, it is on the 4th floor.
Do you have curfew?
Once you have checked in, there is no curfew. However, for security reasons, the entrance door will be locked at 2:00AM. You can unlock the front door by your room key after 2:00AM.
Can I stay in the same room for multiple night?
Yes. Please ask us when making a reservation. You may leave your bags in your room during your stay; however, we do not take responsibility for valuables left in the guest room.
Can I stay the room after 11:00 am?
If you check out on that day, you can extend it for a fee (2,000yen per hour), but please contact the front desk in advance as it may not be possible depending on the situation.
If possible, we accept ot until 2:00 PM in maximum.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors? (under age 20)
Yes, however, consent by a parent or guardian is required under the guidance of relevant government agencies. You must submit a letter of consent at the time of check-in. Please note that junior high school students or younger children cannot stay unless accompanied by an adult.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
Yes. There is "Lawson's" across the street from the hotel.
Is there an ATM machine near the hotel?
ATM machines provided by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Bank are available within 1minute by walk. An ATM machine inside the Lawson's across the street is also available.

Can I have a party in a guest room?
No. Please note that parties are not allowed in the rooms.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, we have non-smoking rooms.Please make a booking carefully when you make a booking or contact us before booking.
Do you have Japanese style rooms?
No. We don't have Japanese style rooms.
Are your guest rooms equipped with a shower toilet?
Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with a shower toilet.

Yes. All guest rooms have a refrigerator.

About dining

Is room service available?
No, we do not offer room service.
Do you serve breakfast?
A buffet style breakfast is served at the Royal Host Restaurant on the first floor. (for a fee)
Do you serve dinner?
No. However, Royal Host on the first floor is open until 2:00AM.

Where is the nearest station ?
1 minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line [Hatchobori Station] Exit A4.
4 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line [Kayabacho Station] Exit 1.
5 minutes walk from JR Keiyo Line [Hatchobori Station] Exit B1.
15 minutes walk or 5minutes by taxi from [JR Tokyo Station] Yaesu Exit.
Where is the nearest highway exit ?
5 minutes from Metropolitan Express Way [Kybosh IC Exit].
