About accommodation

What time is the check in/out?
Check in: 3:00PM/Check out: 11:00AM
Can you hold my bags before checking in or after checking out?
Yes. We will be glad to hold them in the cloakroom on the first floor.
Can I send my bags in advance?
Yes. Please send your bags to the address below.

Please note that you may not include cash, valuables, fragile items, and any items requiring temperature or humidity control in your bags.
Can I stay with small children? Will children be charged?
We welcome small guests. No room charge will be applied to children not requiring a separate bed.
There are no amenities such as towels and toothbrushes for bed-sharing children in the room. Please tell us as needed.
Children who need a bed, bedding, towels and amenities as same as adults will be charged as adult fare.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations six months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservation must be cancelled at least two days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
One day prior to the scheduled check-in date: 20% of regular room rate. The day of the scheduled check-in date: 80% of regular room rate. No Show : 100% of regular room rate.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes. Please fill out the laundry service request form you can find in your room, and contact the front desk. If requested before 10:00AM, they will be ready in the evening on the same day. (Service not available on Sunday or National Holiday)

Do you accept credit card?
Yes. We accept JCB, Visa, Master, Amex, Diners, UnionPay.
Do you have launderettes?
Yes. Laundry room is on the 4th Floor.
Do you have curfew?
Once you have checked in, there is no curfew. However, for security reasons, the entrance door will be locked at 2:00AM. You can unlock the front door by your room key after 2:00AM.
Can I stay in the same room for multiple night?
Yes. Please give us the request when making a reservation. You may leave your bags in your room during your stay; however, we do not take responsibility for valuables left in the guest room.
Can I use the room after 11:00AM?
If you check out on that day, you can use it for a fee (2,000yen per hour), but please contact the front desk in advance as it may not be possible depending on the situation.
If so, we accept until 2:00PM.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors? (under age 20)
Yes, however, consent by a parent or guardian is required under the guidance of relevant government agencies. You must submit a letter of consent at the time of check-in. Please note that junior high school students or younger children cannot stay unless accompanied by an adult.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
Yes. There is "Lawson's" across the street from the hotel.
Is there an ATM machine near the hotel?
ATM machines provided by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Bank are available within 1minutes by walk. An ATM machine inside the Lawson's across the street is also available.

About rooms

Can I have a party in a guest room?
No. Please note that parties are not allowed in the rooms.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes. We have non-smoking floors. As the number of non-smoking rooms are limited, please be sure to request when making a reservation.
Do you have Japanese style rooms?
No. We don't have Japanese style rooms.
Do your guest rooms equipped with shower toilet?
Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with a shower toilet.

Is a refrigerator available in the guest room?
Yes. All guest rooms have a refrigerator.
Is a hairdryer available in the room?
Yes. All guest rooms have a hairdryer.

Is room service available?
No, we do not offer room service.
Do you serve breakfast?
No. However, breakfast is served at the Royal Host Restaurant on the first floor. (Not complimentary)
Do you serve dinner?
No. However, Royal Host on the first floor is open until 2:00AM.

What is the nearest station?
1 minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line [Hacchobori Station] Exit A4.
4 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line [Karabachos Station] Exit 1.
5 minutes walk from JR Keiyo Line [Hacchobori Station] Exit B1.
15 minutes walk or 5minutes by taxi from [JR Tokyo Station] Yasi Exit.
What is the nearest highway exit?
5 minutes off of Metropolitan Express Way [Kybosh IC Exit].
